Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 18, 2026 · Effective: May 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Wirely ("we," "us"), operated by Ivan Pryntsev / pryntsevco, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Service at wirely.one.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: email address, name (optional), and authentication identifiers from your sign-in provider.
  • Billing information: handled directly by Stripe. We receive subscription status and the last four digits of your card; we do not store full payment card details.
  • Content you create: app specifications, sketches, data plans, endpoints, and other artifacts you produce in the Service.
  • Usage data: log data such as IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, and timestamps for security and product analytics.
  • Cookies: session cookies required for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To authenticate you and protect your account.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To send essential service emails (receipts, security notices, policy changes).
  • To debug errors and detect abuse.

3. Third-Party Sub-Processors

We share data with the following providers strictly to operate the Service:

  • Supabase — authentication and database (United States / EU).
  • Stripe — payment processing (United States).
  • Vercel — hosting and content delivery (United States, global edge).
  • Anthropic — AI inference for spec generation (United States).
  • OpenAI — AI inference for spec generation (United States).

When you use the architect, the text you type may be sent to Anthropic or OpenAI to generate suggestions. Those providers process the content under their own data protection terms and do not use it to train their models when invoked via their standard API.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and delete your account, we will remove your content within 30 days unless retention is required by law (for example, billing records held for tax compliance).

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Delete your account and associated content.
  • Export your content in a portable format.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email ivan@pryntsev.co. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS transport, encrypted storage, scoped service-role keys, and row-level security in our database. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International Transfers

We are based in the United States and process data there. By using the Service you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
